Always great customer service and hair cuts. I also love being able to use the app to put my name on the list so by the time I arrive I’m up on the list to get my haircut. Also staff are great about giving coupons after the haircut. No complaints.

Horrible haircut. Looks like he cut it himself. I can’t believe the stylist thought this looked good. Butchered is the only way to describe it.

I came in and had my haircut today, I am a man with thick hair. The first time I came in the girl from Oklahoma cut my hair and she did an outstanding job! But the next time I went in this lady who seemed like she had 8 kids cut my hair and she was very rough with me. At one point it even felt like she yanked out apart of my hair. Then today the lady that was cutting my hair did the bottom of my hair and it looked good from the fade and all that. But then she asked if I wanted a trim on the top I said "The littlest amount you can, like a centimeter." But no she cut off a good inch and a half. My hair already takes long to grow so it just feels like I'm starting from square one.😒

I LOVE Great Clips! My husband and I have been going here for years. Joelle, Danielle, and Marissa are all top-notch hairdressers and very friendly! They really pay attention to what type of hairstyle/haircut you're looking for and if you're not quite sure what you want, they are very helpful with suggestions. I trust their instincts and they never fail to make me (and my husband) a happy customer! In addition, the prices are very reasonable and actually much less expensive than many other places, and yet customers are still getting a super kick-a-- haircut! Thank you!

Denied service for my 2 year old boy because he was crying. Kids cry - it is normal. They should put up a board saying no crying baby haircut is done here.

I always get a great hair cut by Danielle at a reasonable price. This business is close to my home and I can check in ahead of time and know how long the wait will be.
